A parcel I was returning was collected from my local Parcelshop on 7th June. It's now 25th June and still hasn't arrived at its destination. Cant speak to anyone. Hollies doesn't recognise my receipt number. Aaagh!
I dropped of few things to return back to Amazon on Sunday. It is already Wednesday and as I see it the parcel did not even move forward to the destination!!! I want an explanation what is happening otherwise I will be forced to contact higher companies!!! I am waiting for a refund as fast as possible from Amazon and as I see it you don't take your job seriously.
Absolutely no help whatsoever. We have stayed in ALL DAY as the parcel was due for collection today. What a waste of a day. The answer to my tracking request was 344. I have no idea what this means, nor when my parcel will be collected.
Get your label from Hermes, stick it on the parcel and then take the parcel out the shop and throw it in the nearest bin, it’ll have a better chance of reaching its destination that way. Do not use this useless outfit, your package just gets sent straight to auction with effort of delivery. Can’t give a zero star unfortunately.....
Parcel collected day after drop off and still not returned to seller after 8 days. That is unacceptable.

Dreadful. Hermes collected my return to Amazon over 2 weeks ago and still haven't passed it to Amazon so I'm still waiting on my refund. There's no customer service phone number to speak to anyone and their ridiculous chatbot Holly is hopeless as doesn't recognise the tracking number Hermes gave me! Will never use Hermes again and will be warning others not to!
Sent parcel with this company 5th June to Amazon, the parcel has still not arrived so I'm waiting for refund on item very very poor service from Hermes
Hermes tracking system is terrible, parcels seem to go completely off the radar, I have been waiting weeks for my return parcels to be delivered back to the recipients but can’t find out where they are so therefore I’ve had no refunds!!!!!!
Package lost - obviously no service
Collected a return parcel 2 weeks ago. Still not got there. Delivery people just throw parcels in the door without a care of what might be in them. Very poor service all round.
Hermes is a joke, I've had parcels come from China quicker than they can deliver from a UK address to a UK address. 20 days and still just says they have it and it's on its way.. look at your ratings and sort it out or stop trading, your clearly not doing what your payed to do anyway..
Last tracking info 8 days ago nothing since, don't even know if it's dropped off at retailer
