MY PARCEL P5696795 HAS BEEN ON ITS WAY BACK TO SENDER SINCE 25/5/20 AND WHEN I TRY TO TRACK MY PARCEL THERE IS NO INFORMATION AFTER THIS DATE C ,CAN IHAVE AN ANSWER ?
Never use hermes for returning parcels they are pointless

Extremely slow and updates of tracking rare. I won't be using Hermes if I have a choice.

Again awful service had to use them to return an item to Amazon ,it's 12 miles from the pick up place and not much further from their depot it was picked up on 12th may still not arrived and can't get an answer from Hermes total garbage company
Parcel collected from me on 23rd April 2020 and to date, not returned to seller. When I checked 2 weeks ago, it said it was en route, vwhen I checked today, using same numbers on Hermes slip, it says it doesn't recognise this number! Now what?
Hermes are dreadful couriers....goods are either broken on arrival or lost in transit or never arrive! I know this from experience
Received a clothing order from Debenhams only to find that returning goods went back to THREE different addresses. All three returned within 10 mins of each other. One return through GPO was delivered and credit notified on my account within three days. The other two went through Hermes to two different addresses and haven't been seen since. Tracker says it's on the way. Where to? The moon and back! I will not purchase anything else while in lockdown. Would have given zero if it had been possible.
