Every time I contact hermes in the last six days same thing delivery in two to three working days five times I have been told this company is a disgrace
Tried to track a return. The information given was for 5 days ago
Saidv3 to 5 days been 6 naw and still havent recive this not me hermies

Parcel “Lost” on its way to destination
Didn't even bother to deliver or attempt to deliver. Not even a missed card
Appalling. Keep getting take to a PPI site. All I can find is an entry a month ago and the present I couried via Hermes has still no been delivered. Worst ever service.
I've had several recent deliveries, things sent from "the hut group" usually arrive within 24-48hrs after purchase, with a text message to advise delivery window - which is great! However, items sent by eBay/Amazon etc through them often run into difficulties or hold ups, one courier even threw a parcel containing delicate items at my front door! Sounded like a bomb went off! Needless to say I reported him, especially as he "delivered" again a while later by throwing parcel from his car window towards my home - which bounced and hit my car, setting off the alarm... He even had the cheek to shout abuse at me. That was approx a year ago and he's not been here since, so assuming he got the sack! Recent deliveries have been made by a local guy & gal team, she drives while he delivers, both are friendly, cheerful, helpful and considerate (I have disabilities, so he ensures I've got a hold of parcels and steady footing etc). Can't help but feel sorry for them as I know through reputation that Hermes is a terrible company to work for and he was clearly over burdened recently, he kept apologising even though he hadn't done anything wrong, he was just visibly stressed and didn't wish to appear rude. If they had time for a tea break, I'd have offered them a cuppa! Only reason Hermes get any stars, is because of this recent delivery team - all previous staff and the company in general, have been awful - I can only hope that things are improving.
I see delivery attempt, but there was no attempt. I was at home all day, waiting. And my cctv confirms that
Hermes stared that my parcel was delivered and signed for, however the parcel never arrived
Absolute rubish service
Posted a ‘sorry we missed you’ note through the door but it was left blank! Had to track it to find out it had been left on the step of our side door in the rain. Card board box!
At 8am Thursday they missorted my parcel but promised update in 24 hours. 55 hours later nothing! Still waiting to be told where my parcel is..........and it isn’t the first one to go wrong. Happened before.
