Appalling. Collected parcel 10 days ago and not delivered. Tried tracking and just days “on its way” tried contacting Hermes who said will take up to 48 hours to track it but nothing heard. They are a load of crooks. Would have given no stars but had to give it 1 to submit review
Parcel was dispatched yesterday but still no update on where it is. Hoping for delivery today...
Why does it take so long to deliver a parcel been over a week now still not delivered
Each and every delivery ordered product that has gone through Hermes has without fail been late,delayed or disappeared. The same experiences for my wife too. Some significant supply chain mgmt. deficiencies present, which you wouldn't expect when it's Hermes bread and butter. Maybe my experiences are isolated?
Getting to speak to this company is usless avoid using them

The only delivery company that cannot find us, deliver to us or contact us. Rubbish, don’t use them.
Shite. A blank card through the door tells me only that someone cannot be bothered to think of customer service. The customer does NOT have a crystal ball....
