Shocking service , sent parcel 3 day delivery 2 weeks later parcel still not arrived, have had my parcel lost , told to fill claim form in , then found and sent out for delivery then lost again and told to fill in another claim form at this present time was told courier had parcel but not delivered it now they dont know where it is .
Affordable, reliable service. We use Hermes quite frequently and we've never had any issues.

Rubbish!!! This is the 2nd attempt for a delivery. Said they will send it back after the 3rd attempt. They call in the day when I’m at work but leave no contact details for me to inform them I won’t in again tomorrow. Why can’t they leave it with a neighbour all other companies do and they will sign for it. If only you could contact them to let them know but when you call the number is not working!!! They are sh.t!!!!!!!!
Absolute rubbish keep saying that they tried to deliver, been in all day no sign of parcel.

Hit and miss as to whether your parcel will arrive at its destination. Customer service is shocking and claiming on insurance night on impossible.
This company are a joke I've only ever had 2 parcels sent throw them and none of them arrived
One third of order arrived on Saturday it is now Monday night and no sign of rest. Complete order where all together.When I track (Monday night) it states package has arrived 0.4.50 Saturday morning!!!!!

Really enoyed that the courier driver gets away with refusing every delivery to my address and sending my orders back to the retailer. And to top it all I have to give a star to be able to submit .
Fed up with the service I track my parcel it tells me it's in depot then tells me I've told them to send it back to sender , I haven't seen the parcel or the courier to send it back ,pretty fed up of them now. have to give one star other wise cant submit
