Sent a parcel with this company 5th June to Amazon the parcel according to this site was kn transit on 7th it's now 25TH JUNE Surprisingly it not turned up customer service not even helpful just want to know where the parcel has gone very very poor service from this company

No communication don’t know where your parcels are most of the time tell you they got it but haven’t even collected it loose parcels at an alarming rate just tell you it must be lost try to make a clam when there is no communication they really don’t care

A parcel I was returning was collected from my local Parcelshop on 7th June. It's now 25th June and still hasn't arrived at its destination. Cant speak to anyone. Hollies doesn't recognise my receipt number. Aaagh!

I dropped of few things to return back to Amazon on Sunday. It is already Wednesday and as I see it the parcel did not even move forward to the destination!!! I want an explanation what is happening otherwise I will be forced to contact higher companies!!! I am waiting for a refund as fast as possible from Amazon and as I see it you don't take your job seriously.

Absolutely no help whatsoever. We have stayed in ALL DAY as the parcel was due for collection today. What a waste of a day. The answer to my tracking request was 344. I have no idea what this means, nor when my parcel will be collected.
