takes 24-48 hours for my returns to get back with RM , 2 weeks with hermes on two seperate items and still no sign of them

I first requested a pick up to return an item to Amazon. No one showed. I then rquested a return (no printer required). When I tried that, the Parcel Shop informed me the Hermes Printer was not working despite many requests to Hermes for repairs. So I had to go home, print the label myself and return to the shop. This experience has just reinforced my view that Hermes is a service to use as a last resort only.

Hermes once again really bad service, tracking is useless, my parcel has had the same tracking since TUESDAY 2ND JUNE, AND NOTHING SINCE, I have gone on The Holly chat which is also useless, giving only the same info, I have emailed them, no reply, in future I will not buy from suppliers who use Hermes for delivery, thus is very bad service and has happened more than once. Bad service, bad tracking, and bad customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

It's been 12 days since I dropped my parcel off and it's still showing as in transit. It literally would have been quicker to have walked the 120 miles to deliver it myself.

Once again completely incompetent. Not my choice of company but a return package for Amazon which Hermes have managed to ‘lose’ despite it having Amazon labelling on it. It’s probably at their warehouse waiting to go to auction so they can make some more cash

They didn’t call me when they arrived with the parcel and I’ve been home...After 2 days I’m still home to wait the parcel and it’s impossible to contact them!

Sent a parcel to Dorothy Perkins on 19th may they haven’t received it I’ve checked the tracking no. & it’s saying it was collected on the 19th & then it says its on its way back to sender on 11th may & 4th may it says it’s at the depot waiting to be delivered to me. I didn’t order the item until 15 th may. I really don’t know what’s going on with this company they’ve never let me down before

Having trouble of sending back parcel to retailer supposed to be pickup on the 2nd June which didn't happen so I took it to a drop off shop which there Still seam to be some issues I be tracking the parcel in a few days to see if the parcel arrived back to the retailer, in the end.

I returned a parcel on 12th of May and they have still not delivered it to the original supplier, so I have still not received a refund. I then returned another parcel on the 26th May and this too has not been returned to the original supplier. Again no refund. This is very poor service. And it is costing us money. Buck up Hermes or you will go bust.....
