Awful company. Lost a parcel of mine, you can't speak to anyone and standard response is speak to sender. Didn't receive the parcel so I don't know who the sender was. Offer no tracking service for returns, just awful

Never delivered the item and even during an pandemic where no one could leave their homes pulled the no one was home stint when they dint even arrive

sent my parcel through 1 of hermes parcel shops on 7th of July we are on 18th . Still no refund , Cant track my parcel with the paper shop gave me as a receipt. I hope tp god it gets back to sender because I wont receive my refund . This system is a joke id av had my refund by now if id av just sent it via post office. But the convenience of store drop off was more suitable . Never again . Post office all the way . Never had any trouble with them

Impossible to track parcel with receipt from parcel return point, impossible to speak to anybody at Hermes, the digital assistant (Holly) is next to useless. Only glad that the item returned was of little value. Lousy customer service.

Have been waiting in for 2 days so far - Hermes claim they have called and no one was here which is blatantly untrue. I am shielding and stay in. Totally disillusioned

What a stupid system, when you want to track your return, it is just codes and no explanation. terrible service, how can they be still in business??? Absolutely rubbish! Unfortunately no 0 rating so i have to put 1.
