Never delivered the item and even during an pandemic where no one could leave their homes pulled the no one was home stint when they dint even arrive
I returned my parcel on 24/06/20. No confirmation of delivery when I track it. Just a series of dates.
sent my parcel through 1 of hermes parcel shops on 7th of July we are on 18th . Still no refund , Cant track my parcel with the paper shop gave me as a receipt. I hope tp god it gets back to sender because I wont receive my refund . This system is a joke id av had my refund by now if id av just sent it via post office. But the convenience of store drop off was more suitable . Never again . Post office all the way . Never had any trouble with them

Impossible to track parcel with receipt from parcel return point, impossible to speak to anybody at Hermes, the digital assistant (Holly) is next to useless. Only glad that the item returned was of little value. Lousy customer service.
What's the point leaving a card with no details on, I wasn't in for my delivery
Have been waiting in for 2 days so far - Hermes claim they have called and no one was here which is blatantly untrue. I am shielding and stay in. Totally disillusioned
What a stupid system, when you want to track your return, it is just codes and no explanation. terrible service, how can they be still in business??? Absolutely rubbish! Unfortunately no 0 rating so i have to put 1.
Drop off return has no way to track in a clear way (what does 711 destination mean?!). No way to contact Hermes directly, all answers are automated which means if you have a question not on their script, nothing is solved. Awful. Also again and again our parcels have been left by our doorstep (which is directly on the street), at least leave with a neighbour or call us!!!! They could’ve been easily stolen.
Awful service, package is lost and no tracking available. I’ve called customer service and can’t get through to a rep.
Sent a parcel with this company 5th June to Amazon the parcel according to this site was kn transit on 7th it's now 25TH JUNE Surprisingly it not turned up customer service not even helpful just want to know where the parcel has gone very very poor service from this company
No communication don’t know where your parcels are most of the time tell you they got it but haven’t even collected it loose parcels at an alarming rate just tell you it must be lost try to make a clam when there is no communication they really don’t care
