Good service, Hermes did imporve a lot recently.
Yes me too, my package has been with Hermes from 28th of May. I’ve tracked the package at it’s at the local depot! Ridiculous. Dreadful service.
I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else, i have sent 2 parcels back to Amazon on the 2nd June 2020, last tracking info was 4th June saying the parcels is on the way back to the sender, still as of today it still hasn't got there and im stuck waiting for a £90 refund from Amazon.
How is Hermes still allowed to trade. Parcel dropped of at pick up point on the 8th is now 16, tracking still saying parcel picked up and on way... No other information and no way to contact the company.. not sure why Amazon is still using this company if it affects there reputation this bad.. I want my refund and can't get it until Hermes do there job.
Returned parcel a month ago and it still hasn’t reached the destination! Can not speak with anyone apart from robot! Last tracking is 3 weeks ago to say its with Hermes and on it’s way back to sender! 3 weeks on and sender still hasn’t got it, I haven't got my refund and no one at Hermes I can get in touch with! Appalling! NEVER again I will use Hermes

My return parcel was picked up on Jun 2, 2020 and to-date it has not been received by Amazon
I sent a return parcel on the 30/05/20 to a UK company and it still hasnt been delivered to them according to the return tracking this is ridiculous even with the current problems

My return was picked up at a parcel shop over a week ago and still hasn’t been delivered back to Amazon.... it’s shocking. I’m waiting on a refund which can’t be processed until the return is received!
takes 24-48 hours for my returns to get back with RM , 2 weeks with hermes on two seperate items and still no sign of them
I first requested a pick up to return an item to Amazon. No one showed. I then rquested a return (no printer required). When I tried that, the Parcel Shop informed me the Hermes Printer was not working despite many requests to Hermes for repairs. So I had to go home, print the label myself and return to the shop. This experience has just reinforced my view that Hermes is a service to use as a last resort only.

Hermes once again really bad service, tracking is useless, my parcel has had the same tracking since TUESDAY 2ND JUNE, AND NOTHING SINCE, I have gone on The Holly chat which is also useless, giving only the same info, I have emailed them, no reply, in future I will not buy from suppliers who use Hermes for delivery, thus is very bad service and has happened more than once. Bad service, bad tracking, and bad customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
It's been 12 days since I dropped my parcel off and it's still showing as in transit. It literally would have been quicker to have walked the 120 miles to deliver it myself.
