The worse couriers in the UK parcel was to be delivered on 22nd and tracking telling me still at depot. I have had trouble with Hermes every time a company uses them. Customer Service is shocking phone numbers not in use or automated service telling you to send emails which are no longer in use. Retailers should not be using this company as customer service are not interested .

The most unreliable delivery service. Even with their tracking system info, you still to pray for a miracle for an item to arrived to you as scheduled. One time they told my items too big hence need to change driver with a bigger car and it will be delivered in next 2 days (last minute, after staying whole day at home expecting the delivery)

Ordered an item 2 s in advance so expected it to arrive in good time! 2 weeks later I'm still awaiting. Little wonder Hermes have such a poor rating.

Absolute joke of a company. So many parcels go missing and so called sent back to dealership yet no missed parcel cards are left or no knocks at the door have taken place

I think Hermes is a great company. Never had any problems, couriers are always friendly and very helpful. Love the fact I can take my parcel to local petrol station and print the label etc. I recommend them

Put in tracking number and said sent to wrong sorting office and would be sorted in 24 hours still waiting and you’ve had it since 10th August so not happy will get into seiner and advise them
