Put in tracking number and said sent to wrong sorting office and would be sorted in 24 hours still waiting and you’ve had it since 10th August so not happy will get into seiner and advise them

Not happy they have lost a very important letter. I sent by signed courier so it wouldn't get lost. Will not use Hermes ever again. Extremely upset.

Paid for next day delivery.. didn't turn up . Would never be choice to use this company. Complaint sent to company where I made the purchase from. Surprised this company still trading as they are unreliable.
