Not happy they have lost a very important letter. I sent by signed courier so it wouldn't get lost. Will not use Hermes ever again. Extremely upset.

Paid for next day delivery.. didn't turn up . Would never be choice to use this company. Complaint sent to company where I made the purchase from. Surprised this company still trading as they are unreliable.

Cr*p service, my parcel courier couldn’t find my address, parcel went back to depot, as there was no card left, I’m unable to make contact to get it redelivered. Poor, shocking service!!
Zero rate only for hermes
Delivery supposed to be on Tuesday is not delivered yet

I've seen some terrible reviews but I must say I have never had a problem with Hermes. Wasn't expecting the parcel until Monday but tracking said parcel would arrive between 11 and 1 today - it actually arrived at 12.20 - what more can I say, very impressed.

This is absolutely the worst courier company on the planet. They don’t deliver and they lie that it’s out of for delivery

The worst courier around. No delivery slot, no live tracking, so you can be waiting until 8-9pm for delivery. Had many items out for delivery only to be told that it’s delayed and it not arrive at all, no updates at all on the delay so you’re left in limbo, until you’re told the next day that it is out for delivery again. Have also had couriers say they’ve attempted delivery but “no one answered the door” when I was sitting at home waiting for it. They’ll even have the cheek to take a photo of your address as “proof” when it’s clear they just couldn’t be bothered going up 3 flights of stairs. I also had a delivery driver say I wasn’t home, photograph my door, then take my parcel to a pick up location in a small newsagents. The item was a coffee table made from solid wood! how am I meant to carry that home? I asked for redelivery only to get the same driver give me cheek for not collecting it myself when he clearly struggled carrying it from his van to my door. In short, Hermes is full of people who can’t be bothered doing their job so they do it on their own terms.
