I think Hermes is a great company. Never had any problems, couriers are always friendly and very helpful. Love the fact I can take my parcel to local petrol station and print the label etc. I recommend them

Left into parcel shop 27/07/19 and now showing on 04/08/19 as we are dealing. Why has it not been dealt with by now the 16/08/19 I’m waiting for a refund and you haven’t even returned it in nearly 3 weeks. What is the delay?

Put in tracking number and said sent to wrong sorting office and would be sorted in 24 hours still waiting and you’ve had it since 10th August so not happy will get into seiner and advise them

Not happy they have lost a very important letter. I sent by signed courier so it wouldn't get lost. Will not use Hermes ever again. Extremely upset.
