This company just leaves without even trying to contact the receiver. That happened to me 2 times already in a few months. They don't knock don't ring they just leave the paper, or not even that.

This tracking service is useless. From the 4th Dec collection to the 22nd Dec the only information is that 'it is on its way'. If it has arrived at the returns destination (and i am sure it must have) why can't the site say so?

Next day (Saturday) delivery not delivered with comment if it’s not arrived by Wednesday (Christmas Day) let us know

Delivery was good but mr returned parcel appears to have gone astray, disappearing on the tracking system at the local depot

Worst worst experience. Made ur customer relations worst. Lost the parcels. No one to talk. Will never use again. Tracking id have no use. Posted 2nd December still mention will deliver today till 20th dec

Was due for delivery by 5th Dec, and still not here on 18th Dec
