Waiting for a parcel that was dispatched on Monday 11th-11-19 , it is now Friday the 15-11-19 , still not arrived, Tried the Tracking if the Parcel all I get is “ we have the Parcel “ no information about where it is or when it will arrive? Very pore service ! . On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest My mark is -1 .

the worst company ever. I sent seven packages, of which only 3 were delivered, 3 lost and one returned to my address!!!!!!!

Now been waiting over a week for my delivery, and still waiting. No information for when it could be delivered. Very poor service. Wouldn't recommend your company for service.

Terrible service, no notes left to say they attempted, no customer service to call. I was posting 8-10 parcels a week theough them but being the other end i think my business will be going elsewere!!
