Terrible service, no notes left to say they attempted, no customer service to call. I was posting 8-10 parcels a week theough them but being the other end i think my business will be going elsewere!!

Zero customer service - package tracking not updated since 5am the day before delivery was expected - delivery did not arrive. Filled in the online query form but was not allowed to submit and told to contact seller - the seller hasn’t got the parcel Hermes have so why won’t they deal with my question - will it ever turn up?

Left securely in porch???......not really. Thrown over the garden gate and left out in heavy rain all day is accurate. Pretty shocking service

Hermes has a very poor service. My parcel was meant to be delivered on Thursday!!!! It’s Saturday today and they are still attempting to deliver. BAD!!!! If there was a Zero on the rating that is what I would rate this service.

Awful. Was meant to be delivered yesterday between 1-3. Here I am Saturday. No parcel. Can't get through to anyone on the phone

This service is rubbish. DPD have a much better system in place. I only got a tracking number AFTER there was an attempt to deliver my parcel. The card which was left wasnt completed so I have no idea how to progress the receipt of my parcel
