It says you delivered two packages to my house at 9:45 I was within 10 ft of the front door from 8:45 to 10:45 and no packages were dropped off. I don't know where you took them or left them but I need to get them. Not a good showing you lost my stuff

Paid $62 for overnight and it took 5 days I will never use and will talk bad about UPS forever

I was suppose to get my package yesterday and the tracking is difficult to understand very upset I havent received my package and still no updates

Horrible! Despicable and flippant attitude regarding losing packages. Inept staff at Chula Vista. Amazon, Walmart,etc any other company should buy UPS; inept staff, lazy employees,dysfunctional operation.

UPS has lost a package that was supposed to be shipped to me. I paid the sender an extra $35 for a rush service which was money wasted since UPS lost the package and has no idea what happened to it. I called customer service and spoke with a representative I could barely understand and received no apologies for my lost package or any information about what was going to be done to resolve the issue. UPS has been a great disappointment in the handling of this situation.
