I was suppose to get my package yesterday and the tracking is difficult to understand very upset I havent received my package and still no updates

Horrible! Despicable and flippant attitude regarding losing packages. Inept staff at Chula Vista. Amazon, Walmart,etc any other company should buy UPS; inept staff, lazy employees,dysfunctional operation.

UPS has lost a package that was supposed to be shipped to me. I paid the sender an extra $35 for a rush service which was money wasted since UPS lost the package and has no idea what happened to it. I called customer service and spoke with a representative I could barely understand and received no apologies for my lost package or any information about what was going to be done to resolve the issue. UPS has been a great disappointment in the handling of this situation.

Your site is not very informative anything goes bad you have to re-enter the tracking number pain in the finger to bad your not in the 21 St century oh well

very poor service. the delivery guy didnt even knock our door or call the intercom. he just stick the delivery notice
