UPS has lost a package that was supposed to be shipped to me. I paid the sender an extra $35 for a rush service which was money wasted since UPS lost the package and has no idea what happened to it. I called customer service and spoke with a representative I could barely understand and received no apologies for my lost package or any information about what was going to be done to resolve the issue. UPS has been a great disappointment in the handling of this situation.
