dropped my package off at the UPS store and they wouldn't let me take my own label to the package they said that they would do it. Long story short they never did it and the package was sent back to my house. A UPS driver would not come and pick it up just spite having to leave work and lose money. No compensation or anyting even offered

Just because driver couldn't see my house number he took back to terminal..waving my arms saw him looking..gonna miss a race because they can't deliver until Monday..package has been put on hold since Wednesday, said it was a bad street number..Fed ex had no problem finding me. This s**ks big time..wont let me come pick up package..this is Friday now gotta wait til Monday..i'm pi*sed!
The UPS driver couldn't find our address, which we have used for years and did not have a problem, and did not deliver the package. We still haven't recieved it and calling them did NOT help. I am deeply unsatisfied with UPS delivery system and thanks to them "not being able to find our address" our wifi has been down for weeks.
Poor service. Lost package, keeps saying it was delivered and never was. I am disabled without a car to go to UPS. It was sent by my daughter to me for mothers day. Thanks alot UPS. Can't get a answer from the main office either.

Package ordered, UPS delivery, did not leave small package (value $15) at house, dropped it at a ACCESS POINT a few miles away. I AM 75 and in a WHEELCHAIR AND CANNOT get there to get my package. Why was it not left on my porch like UPS packages have been left (as requested on the label) at the front door.... for the last 15 years ??? not happy. How do I get my package to my house now?
