Post office where parcel handed in promissed it will take two days. Already 4 days and nothing. We understand but why make promisses.

Posted a registered document on 20/2/2021. But received in Groblersdal on 14/05/2021. SA post office took around 3 months to bring it to Groblersdal from Polokwane which is only 160 km far. What s shame to SA postal service !

I posted an international parcel with track and trace on 25/03/21z it arrived at JIMC on 31/3 and has been there ever since. I have emailed both customer service and JIMC but all 3 mails got no response. I try phoning they don’t answer. Customer service answers after 15 minutes but tell me it hasn’t even been scheduled to leave. Why put a notice in the sport a office saying that from 9/3 that international postage to Singapore is working again???

Sent a parcel to America (below 1kg!) a week ago and your tracking system can't tell me anything what when where etc - just that the parcel was received by yourselves. Rather should have made use of Postnet!
