Very happy with Post office service. Sent two parcels to daughters in South Korea and England. Arrived with no hassels and within acceptable time frame.
I try to track my parcel,but it doesn't reach it
Lusikisiki lack management and customer care skills. If you are known by the tellers you are in the advantage of being helped before others. Their attitudes towards their clients are very bad. You have to push you if you have something to do with them because they are not the welcoming environment
Pathetic.....no update on my parcel....tracking shows its been at JHB hub for more than a month and NOTHING happens. Its just laying there..... RO219265813RU
