South African Post Office review by Mrs Lombard

I posted an international parcel with track and trace on 25/03/21z it arrived at JIMC on 31/3 and has been there ever since. I have emailed both customer service and JIMC but all 3 mails got no response. I try phoning they don’t answer. Customer service answers after 15 minutes but tell me it hasn’t even been scheduled to leave. Why put a notice in the sport a office saying that from 9/3 that international postage to Singapore is working again???
