Sent a parcel to America (below 1kg!) a week ago and your tracking system can't tell me anything what when where etc - just that the parcel was received by yourselves. Rather should have made use of Postnet!

My Vos Imports take 1 week to 10 days from China and SA postal services take 8 to 10 weeks to deliver. This every import not just once off bad service. SHOCKING SERVICE
