Worst company ever saying sort we missed you when I was in. Also saying they left a not did not checking the cctv did not Evan come. Testable customer serve premium rate telephone number to call customer service. So they don’t have to speak to angry customers. As soon as I saw there name this morning I said to my self won’t be getting it. Terable worst company for delivering ever non trustworthy and there lyres. Home it comes next day. Parcel out to delivery in the morning but then delayed with no explanation for up to 2 hours... previously, failed to collect a return twice despite setting a date. Very poor service

Shocking. Absolutely shocking. I will never use Hermes again. My parcel is being returned to me and it’s been lost since the 5th of November. It should have been delivered today but still no sign of it.

Do not use this company. They received my parcel/return almost 2 weeks ago and I cannot find further tracking news. Even calling them up the tracking number I was given is not the number required for their digital phone service. I have no idea where my returned item is and when I'll receive a refund. Absolutely no customer service. The local Hermes shop collection point was of no use, completely dismissive and rude and not their problem. I'd like to vent at someone but who... I've given them 1* as I wouldn't have been able to leave a review. Let's wait and see if any response from their customer service team!!
