Received a clothing order from Debenhams only to find that returning goods went back to THREE different addresses. All three returned within 10 mins of each other. One return through GPO was delivered and credit notified on my account within three days. The other two went through Hermes to two different addresses and haven't been seen since. Tracker says it's on the way. Where to? The moon and back! I will not purchase anything else while in lockdown. Would have given zero if it had been possible.

Terrible company. Amazon return is missing

I returned an Amazon parcel on 07/05/2020. Hermes tracking website is not updating info at all. Finally today Amazon have confirmed that they have received the parcel. But Hermes tracking website still does not tell me what has happened to the parcel. Terrible. I wish I could have given a ZERO rating.

Been waiting 5 days for parcel collection. Keep getting fobbed off with “sorry we will call next working day”. All this despite a phone conversation 3 days ago to try and resolve problem. Stuck in the house due to 0800 2000 collection times. Awaiting a courier who never arrives is unacceptable.

I guess it all depends on the driver, but I had no problems with Hermes delivery through the years. They are reliable and punctual. Every time I see it's delivered by Hermes - I'm confident it will arrive in no time.

Awful, awful, awful. Horrific customer service. Trying to get clarity and clear answers is almost impossible with their automated systems and lack of contact details. Simply the worst delivery company and I do all I can to avoid using their services - which unfortunately isn’t always possible. Avoid as much as possible!
