I returned an Amazon parcel on 07/05/2020. Hermes tracking website is not updating info at all. Finally today Amazon have confirmed that they have received the parcel. But Hermes tracking website still does not tell me what has happened to the parcel. Terrible. I wish I could have given a ZERO rating.

Been waiting 5 days for parcel collection. Keep getting fobbed off with “sorry we will call next working day”. All this despite a phone conversation 3 days ago to try and resolve problem. Stuck in the house due to 0800 2000 collection times. Awaiting a courier who never arrives is unacceptable.

I guess it all depends on the driver, but I had no problems with Hermes delivery through the years. They are reliable and punctual. Every time I see it's delivered by Hermes - I'm confident it will arrive in no time.

Awful, awful, awful. Horrific customer service. Trying to get clarity and clear answers is almost impossible with their automated systems and lack of contact details. Simply the worst delivery company and I do all I can to avoid using their services - which unfortunately isn’t always possible. Avoid as much as possible!

Where is my parcel? Posted over a week ago to retirn to Amazon and it was on its way by Saturday last. No updates since sender has not recieved and I have no refund yet! Sort it out shocking service.

Status: Collected my parcel on 30th March. In transit. How can it take 12 days to go across England. Amazon manage it in 3 hours!
