Awful, awful, awful. Horrific customer service. Trying to get clarity and clear answers is almost impossible with their automated systems and lack of contact details. Simply the worst delivery company and I do all I can to avoid using their services - which unfortunately isn’t always possible. Avoid as much as possible!

Where is my parcel? Posted over a week ago to retirn to Amazon and it was on its way by Saturday last. No updates since sender has not recieved and I have no refund yet! Sort it out shocking service.

Status: Collected my parcel on 30th March. In transit. How can it take 12 days to go across England. Amazon manage it in 3 hours!

every day from 5-05 i have had the same message {our friendly currrier will collect your package today} still no sign of your currier.

I get no further than got my parcel on its way to where? Started its journey 24April. Not at all happy with this company.

Been at home all day and still got "missed delivery" there is no way I could have missed the delivery.
