Hermes review by [email protected]

A package was collected from my home in London W13 last Friday. The Hermes courier left me a 'receipt' card labelled 'Sorry I missed you'. It had a bar code and 8 digit number under it. I tried tracking the number on Monday - it was not trackable. I tried contacting Hermes by 'phone. The phone is all automated and computer questions and answers - all in a loop - key in the code, try again, key in the correct code, etc. The 'phone call is charged at £6 (small print). Daylight robbery. I then found the Hermes online chat feature for help. We chatted - I left my email address and the code on the card but have heard nothing more since. Today, Wednesday, there is still no trace of my parcel. It's disappeared. Don't use Hermes! I have tried again today, Wednesday, and it is still not trackable.
