Hermes has not processed my parcel for 9 days now. No one can help, and there is no number in the UK to speak to a person who can help. Incredibly bad customer service. This will be the last time I use Hermes for my business. Never again.

Bloody useless, still waiting for parcel supposed to be delivered yesterday. Tracking useless, I've put one star because there are no minus stars and it will not take my review without a star rating. I'm reporting Hermes to Amazon

Terrible delivery service in the past have had broken and damaged goods due to careless handling and this obsession throwing parcels over Gates

Very poor service. I tracked my parcel delivered to a local shop on 1 March, it has been collected but not moved through Hermes system from 3 March. If it is paid postage Hermes automated service says have to contact them after 14 days. You cannot speak to a person.. I have given 2 stars as I could return it to a shop and the shop did as promised, sent it back through Hermes system. The automated service only gives stock answers so not helpful at all.
