This package was supposed to be huge valentines day surprise delivered to her work and there are hundreds of people all the time and was just told at 10:52 when tried to deliver there was no one there. I dont see how that is possible and am severely p**sed off about this. Way to ruin valentines day surprise for my wife, that I have had planned for over a month

I got the notice the package was delivered but when I got home nothing. I decided to drive around neighborhood and sure enough it was at 802 instead of 820. I was relieved but still not happy. So many successful deliveries over Christmas and then this.
