I have been home for 10 days. I finally left home only to find a door tag from Fed Ex on my mailbox. Had they rung my buzzer I would have come down to get the package.

My package was to be delivered today. When I tracked my package the only information available was there was a delivery exception and it wasnt delivered. I cam not get information on when there will be an attempt besides wait 24-48 hours for an update.

Every time I get a delivery from fedex it is put where my dogs can get it. I have a big sign starting to put pkg on top of fridge. UPS and USPS has no problem doing this. I have had chewed up lotions, shoes, clothes, etc. All delivered by Fedex. Tried rectifying this and was told that driver had been bitten by a dog. Not my dog but maybe that driver shouldn't be delivering to rural areas.

Say that thay left my order in front door. but nothing there was nothing, who did that thing why not call we have cellphone in 2019, way not ring the door why. Why u delivery in your time & Why not coordinate with me that's is a bad service!!@
