I got the notice the package was delivered but when I got home nothing. I decided to drive around neighborhood and sure enough it was at 802 instead of 820. I was relieved but still not happy. So many successful deliveries over Christmas and then this.

I have been home for 10 days. I finally left home only to find a door tag from Fed Ex on my mailbox. Had they rung my buzzer I would have come down to get the package.

My package was to be delivered today. When I tracked my package the only information available was there was a delivery exception and it wasnt delivered. I cam not get information on when there will be an attempt besides wait 24-48 hours for an update.

Every time I get a delivery from fedex it is put where my dogs can get it. I have a big sign starting to put pkg on top of fridge. UPS and USPS has no problem doing this. I have had chewed up lotions, shoes, clothes, etc. All delivered by Fedex. Tried rectifying this and was told that driver had been bitten by a dog. Not my dog but maybe that driver shouldn't be delivering to rural areas.
