Terrible service. I had packages lost, put on exception holds. Customer service is a complete waste of time. It took weeks of calling every day for hours at a time to finally find out I was not going to recieve my package because they lost it. Forced to give one star to submit review
Came home early today to make sure I’m home for my package. Low and behold never received package! As a matter of fact received a delivery exception notice but no details, so I called customer service. They told me the package is due to be delivered the next day because the package wasn’t ready. I explained package was out for delivery, and she said the delivery was rescheduled, no known reason but an investigation was open against driver and facility. I hate dealing with fedex, it’s always something. The entire company “SORRY AS HELL”!
I tracked my package and it said out for delivery then it conveniently changed to delivery exception, so I called to see why was there a delivery exception, and I was told bc the driver rescheduled it for the next day! Like wow really? I came home early to accept my package just to be told the driver and company is too lazy to deliver packages!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with fedex...I used to get delivery exceptions before saying I wasn’t home and I literally be home all day waiting on my package. I wish the companies I order from would use UPS or USPS instead. I would like to give them 0 stars but 1 is the only option. Ridiculous!!!
wondeful service!!! It was my first experience with FedEx but I am highly satisfied.
Terrible service! Marks in snow indicate that the delivery rum-dum DROPPED the parcel in the snow covering our wooden deck & then shoved it approx. 3' toward our door. All due to his/her being too lazy to climb A WHOLE FOUR STAIRS in order to get onto the deck & knock on our door to let us know that the parcel had arrived. His/her LAZINESS, carelessness, &, by all of the evidence left here at the delivery location - indicates that FedEx has a, "MIGHTY DULL KNIFE IN THEIR KNIFE DRAWER" - or, what may very well be more likely the case, the rum-dum, MIGHTY DULL KNIFE MAY BE KEPT IN THE SAME DRAWER THAT FedEx KEEPS THEIR POCKS IN.
Fed Ex overnight have not received nor does anyone want to help to find it!
FedEx does not have Customer Service. Even when you leave specific instructions for delivery for them the driver doesn't follow them. They don't try to reach you either for delivery. If they knock and you don't answer they just leave, no call or trying to reach the person (UPS does though) My medication is now late because of issues w delivery.
THIS IS UNCALLED FOR LEAVE MY PACKAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY STEPS. IT CAN BE SEEN FROM THE ROAD IN LIVE ON. A BUNCH OF LAZY EMPLOYEES. WE HAVE A TV STATION THAT WILL HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM. WE HAVE BEEN LETTING GO FOR QUITE SOME TIME. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
Just got a call from FedEx in Savanna. Sent an envelope with two Birthday cards and a Visa card and the FedEx envelope arrived there opened and EMPTY!
I was told 10:30 I took off work to come home for the package and see a note they came at 8:59 I'm not happy
I have sent photo album from seattle to hyd india. But still they r nt delivered and asking to pay more money for that album. Its very unfair service from fedex. Never send through this. Noone s responding also properly
