Worst courrier I've ever had the displeasure of using. Tracking updates are rubbish, always arrives days late, nobody wants to help. Genuinely struggle to see how this company is in business I really do. If I was a trader and needed a courrier they could genuinely offer to send my parcels for free and I would decline the offer... If I even bothered hearing them out. 'hello this is yodel' hang up. Worst company in any field I can think of and I'm not even exaggerating.

No estimate date for delivery. No details what date the parcel was received. But ebay shows little bit more detail. Website tracking needs alot improvements

My last two parcels due to be delivered reached the depot then 'went missing'. This was the explanation given to the sender when I flagged the parcels never arrived. Very poor service and impossible to speak to a Yodel rep either via 'live chat' - which never seems to be available - or via telephone as the automated options won't let you talk to a real person. Frustrating to say the least.

Poor service. The tracking your parcel is a waste of time as the driver is not updating his status. I tried to talk to the online chat, and they cannot be bothered to look into it for me.... instead they just disconnect me! I understand the parcel can be delivered up until 9pm but whole idea of tracking the driver/parcel, is to give me idea if morning or how far away driver is from me instead of sitting in house whole day! Last time I had a yodel delivery, driver said on tracking system he had delivered my parcel... then later decided to come to deliver my parcel... but throw it over fence/gate - whilst I am in my house!

Dreadful service. They throw your package anywhere if you’re not in and say that it’s delivered. Always use an alternative company.

Rubbish! Have had nothing but issues with yodel and hate that they have to deliver my stuff - ever! Damaged our babies cot on delivery. Also ordered a mattress to be delivered specifically for a certain date. Now its over a week late and no sign as to when we'll even receive it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful. Awful. Awful service.
