Absolute joke of a delivery firm no up dates or communication
No stars. Shocking delivery service. Lazy and no delivery !! Do not recommend using or going through yodel.

I give you 0 as my parcel is missing, you sent me an email saying I have to contact them seller of my order, the seller is not to blamed its Yodel therefore it’s you who haven’t to refund me as it was your negligence
They said delivery refused bcs they come at wrong adress
Parcel should of been delivered yesterday but wasn’t all the app says is with you shortly which isn’t much help

I paid for next day delivery, which didnt happen. Then when i contacted someone about this they were quite rude. But they explained my parcel will be 2 days late

I know Yodal have got a lot of bad reviews, but all i can say is i have never had any delivery problems and as for there tracking it's great keeped me up to date from start to finish.
Extremely slow service and even worse Communications and very bad automated service thought the track my driver was very good but ran out of time I'm and did not deliver my parcel on the day system took a long time to update couldn't find out any information in the meantime track the driver is not available for second day I would not recommend

Lost my parcel
Yet another bad review of a terrible company. Slow, awkward, no sense or responsibility, its astounding that trading standards cannot force these so-called businesses to either sort their stuff out, or be told to close. Lost parcels, wrong address (again) and sneaking about being used by eBay sellers who don't even have to admit who's going to be losing your parcel this week. Just close down, please! I could do better myself on a single bicycle!
Where is my package!!!! It did not arrive!!! Yet again. Let down. Want refund!!!
