Not only did they not attempt to deliver my item, but they claimed they did and that they left a card, which was also a lie.
Absolutely hopeless customer service. I'm amazed you can pick up a phone as you can't manage to be honest or answer questions when asked. Wouldn't recommend yodel to my worst enemy
Latest tracking update 4 days old!!
Completely useless. Lost “One of Four” cartons in a consignment, call centre a total joke. Two weeks later, carton lost irretrievably, then failed to complete a next working day consignment if replacement from Vendor. USELESS!!
My parcel was meant to be delivered on the 7/6/19 then found out the driver could not find the address due to the seller not placed the full address on parcel. I phoned first thing in Tuesday morning 11th to organize a delivery. Was told it would be delivered on the Thursday. Nothing shows up. I contact yodel again and was told it would be Friday.. ? Still nothing. Hopeless service. I shouldnt have to chase them them up. I told the. I need by Friday 14th before 4.00 and was lied to. No common sense to find the full address out for themselfs. Theres a thing called Google maps. I'm not a racist but would be handy and more helpful to have someone who speaks Scottish on the helpline. Bad service!

I don’t get it by machine always dealing with my request. I needed my parcel which has been scheduled for delivery since 13/06. I rate it zero percent
