Lost my parcel
Yet another bad review of a terrible company. Slow, awkward, no sense or responsibility, its astounding that trading standards cannot force these so-called businesses to either sort their stuff out, or be told to close. Lost parcels, wrong address (again) and sneaking about being used by eBay sellers who don't even have to admit who's going to be losing your parcel this week. Just close down, please! I could do better myself on a single bicycle!

I am sick and tired of Yodel lying on the tracking, saying parcel delivered at address or through letterbox, which I don't even have, only to find it has been left with people in nearest village over a mile away....
Parcel never moved since Wednesday.Tracking doesnt seem to work & neither does Yodel.
You said you tried to deliver my parcel but that you were told we had moved!!! Complete lie. We were away on holiday!
Always got a problem with these guys. Improve your service or remove it....
Been saying it's at my local for the last day ..the item is suppose to be delivered today .
No tracking number and why only deliver 10-13:00 when normal people are working? Leave it with a neighbour?!?

Every time I order something and the carrier is Yodel, it’s late! Every time!!!! Meaning I have to let customers down and I lose money!!! I think one or two of my packages have never arrived either
Very bad services,try to don’t send or receive something whit them !!!(They keep my parcel in their local depo from 24 September 2019 and they don’t send me something to know about it)
