Poor service. The tracking your parcel is a waste of time as the driver is not updating his status. I tried to talk to the online chat, and they cannot be bothered to look into it for me.... instead they just disconnect me! I understand the parcel can be delivered up until 9pm but whole idea of tracking the driver/parcel, is to give me idea if morning or how far away driver is from me instead of sitting in house whole day! Last time I had a yodel delivery, driver said on tracking system he had delivered my parcel... then later decided to come to deliver my parcel... but throw it over fence/gate - whilst I am in my house!

Dreadful service. They throw your package anywhere if you’re not in and say that it’s delivered. Always use an alternative company.

Rubbish! Have had nothing but issues with yodel and hate that they have to deliver my stuff - ever! Damaged our babies cot on delivery. Also ordered a mattress to be delivered specifically for a certain date. Now its over a week late and no sign as to when we'll even receive it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful. Awful. Awful service.
