My last two parcels due to be delivered reached the depot then 'went missing'. This was the explanation given to the sender when I flagged the parcels never arrived. Very poor service and impossible to speak to a Yodel rep either via 'live chat' - which never seems to be available - or via telephone as the automated options won't let you talk to a real person. Frustrating to say the least.
