Rubbish! Have had nothing but issues with yodel and hate that they have to deliver my stuff - ever! Damaged our babies cot on delivery. Also ordered a mattress to be delivered specifically for a certain date. Now its over a week late and no sign as to when we'll even receive it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful. Awful. Awful service.

Mega mega late.. still awaiting item which still says on transit. No regular updates on the tracking.

I didn't receive the parcel on delivery date and that is a big problem for me. I am very, very disappointed with Yodel. I tried many times to get any information about my parcel, but nobody answered me. My experience with Yodel is very bad, sorry to say that.

Delivered my parcel to a house nearly 2 miles away because the post code was nearly the same!!!

What a waste of my time always busy online try again have tried for 5 hours, have got tracking number but won't let me say to leave with next door try again in a few minutes have wasted three days of my life trying to get in touch nobody is ever there have told the person from eBay to get some other delivery out not happy
