I would never recommend this company for postal services. According to their driver he posted my item through the letterbox which is impossible as there isn't one.

Think they've forgotten me, they've had parcel since 6th.Aug.expected delivery 7th.heard nothing since.

Still waiting for my mattress, for a few days now and still has not delivered, although tracking number days it was delivered. No update, no card. Can't call them or go out. This has got to be the worst courier in the world. I give it zero stars.

Terrible service. Over one week late, extremely in helpfull and rude on the phone when called to enquire. Wont be using again

Terrible service. Got told (only online, no card) that I received my parcel on my porch (I haven’t got a porch) and secondly my parcel wasn’t there. Terrible service, waited 20 minutes to call customer service and was told would have to wait 48 hours
