Terrible service. Got told (only online, no card) that I received my parcel on my porch (I haven’t got a porch) and secondly my parcel wasn’t there. Terrible service, waited 20 minutes to call customer service and was told would have to wait 48 hours

Not sure which it is, inept, incompetent or thieves. Tracking says delivered, but no parcel arrived..... So you can add lier's to that list as well.

Complete liars. No card left when they claim tried to deliver. Not left the house all day. Disgusting behaviour.

Took 3 days to collect item, then sat in local depot for 3 days.

Rubbish service... Can't contact customers service.. Parcel late..tracking number was not display were item was?
