Still waiting for my mattress, for a few days now and still has not delivered, although tracking number days it was delivered. No update, no card. Can't call them or go out. This has got to be the worst courier in the world. I give it zero stars.

Terrible service. Over one week late, extremely in helpfull and rude on the phone when called to enquire. Wont be using again

Terrible service. Got told (only online, no card) that I received my parcel on my porch (I haven’t got a porch) and secondly my parcel wasn’t there. Terrible service, waited 20 minutes to call customer service and was told would have to wait 48 hours

Not sure which it is, inept, incompetent or thieves. Tracking says delivered, but no parcel arrived..... So you can add lier's to that list as well.

Complete liars. No card left when they claim tried to deliver. Not left the house all day. Disgusting behaviour.
