I was not happy with the tracking stating no access to a home. I called usps to get more info and the rude representative just keep saying they had to ticket something on the package and probably pulled the driver off the route since it was dark. So my packages didn’t get delivered and I paid for priority shipping. I asked was a tag left or could I get more info and all I got were more rude responses with her eating in the background. This was definitely not the best experience. Please train your reps to be professional and take their jobs seriously! Poor customer service!
