Postal service gave me a tracking number when I delivered to post office. A few days later I attempted to track package and was informed that the tracking number was not in the system. Contacted local post office with receipt and tracking number in hand thinking that they could enter the number into the program and find where the package was in the process. Out of luck no can do hope for the best was the response. I am not a IT person with programming skills but would believe that some third grade kids might have the skills to be able to program this system to be able to enter the tracking number into the system after postal service failed to do so initially.

I tried checking online and I am not given an official answer why would the letter come a day after and end up in the mailbox. I believe someone came but at what time on Monday. 12/10/2018. It confirmed that btwn 10-8pm. I specifically paid for a signature to be printed as proof . Thanks
