Call to ask about package and was very helpful by making sure my address was correct and when I should receive my package and providing me with the tracking number. He went beyond expectation. Kudos to him.
"3 day" Priority Mail envelope (book for granddaughter card for daughter) mailed Tu 3/3/20 @ 935AM. po clerk typed in wrong zip code. Delivery was due Fri 3/6/20. It is still out for delivery. It never posted/arrived at the wrong zip post office....and my daughter has a PO mailing address. When I called 1st am Weds 3/4/20 to inquire if possible to correct their zip error entry I was told it would probably be sent back to me. So Ive spent $8.25 fir 3 day deli ery that is still in a truck somewhere in CA. It was in Bakersfield yesterday. UNBELIEVABLE....I can understand why more people use FedEx or UPS and have lost faith in the USPS. Sad....
I just stopped at the Bridgewwater, nj post office to purchase a stamp for Europe. It was a very frustrating experience.. There were three women employees at the desk, but only one was helping a person--with passport business. A man was scuttling around behind the desk and giving directions to the other two women as the line got longer and longer. The man came out to the line and asked which of us were waiting for passport help. None of us were. He then told us we were in the passport line. No signs indicated this!!! We all moved uncertainly to a rug perpendicular to where we had politely lined up behind anyone who was there when we arrived. One of the women behind the desk finally began to help. After a time the other called us "non passport people" over and assisted us. What a disorganized mess.

Why did my package go to NY and then more North to mass, then went to Jacksonville, then it passed by my house in citrus county to Orlando, then you shipped it back to Jacksonville and then now to Gainesville, what is wrong with this situation, I could of had my item 3 days ago ,,, thanks,,,,....
Post Office - Redford , Michigan (12245 Beech Daly) Clerk 21 - Hank Date 02/09/2020 My only day off is Sunday. The post office was very busy, Ten people in front of me. The line moved very fast.(only two clerks) Had to get my passport! I was nervous hoping I had everything filled out right. When it came time for me Hank was helpful , professional , very polite. He treated me like I was the only customer in the place. Thanks You Hank!!!
