I mailed a box to Capitol Heights, MD that should have been delivered but wasn’t a driver said he had no access to the building which was not true I sent a box about 2 weeks ago and there was no problem. It is supposed to be delivered today I am hoping it get there my grandchildren need those school uniforms. I hope I can say usps came thru.

My son in Texas received my new driver's license and credit card and sent them to my youngest son to hold for me (I live in the Philippines and will soon fly into Nashville.) They were sent back to Texas citing "insufficient address", but it is the exact address that I sent Amazon packages to at Christmas. So I asked him to send it to another son in Nashville. The package never arrived, but the tracking again says "insufficient address." The address is correct. The package, after 17 days has not yet been returned to Texas, but is apparently no longer at the Franklin post office. I need to activate that credit card to purchase my ticket and will need my license when I arrive. If it is returned to Texas we're going with FedEx or UPS. Disgusted with the service we've received. I hope my son gets refunds.

Not happy. I have tried to track a certified letter using your tracking number multiple times. DOES NOT WORK.
