I sent a letter March 8, 2018 from Chicago to NY. today is march 20 and the certified letter has not arrive. This services sucks. I will never use this service anymore. Waisted $5 to loose my mail.

Pathetic. 1-3 day delivery paid for. Tracking shows company shipped same day. Usps held the package at numerous locations for 3 days each. Promised delivery by 8pm on the 5th day. It is now day 7 and no package. Laziest people i have ever seen. Pathetic.

I mail a package, two weeks now from Brooklyn to Maryland, and up to now my sister did not receive it yet,when I try tracking it,all they keep saying is that it is in transit, not good service.
