I have been a Midlander since 1978. Since that year, Graves station has been my post office and has always had kind, respectful efficient counter workers . Today, however, clerk #7 treated four different customers with disrespect and with voice quality that was cutting and hurtful. In today's climate, your staff should be trained to treat each customer with kindness and dignity.
