Good experience on this occasion. Line was long as usual at this location, but once I was served, the transaction was smooth. Ms. Lee is always efficient and pleasant. And the package subsequently arrived at its destination on the day estimated.

Your 201 13th St, Oakland location is one of the worst locations because your staff is so disrespectful. It should be taken care of as soon as possible.

The delivery was defective, the piece arrived totally destroyed, in addition to paying $ 40 for the shipment of a 5-pound package, it took 9 days to reach its destination.

Hi, I had to return a package at your Milton Village Post Office at 50 Adams Street, Milton, MA 02186. The woman at the counter the blonde works there and this is not my first time going to this location. She was incredibly rude and pushy. She never gave me the quote of my return shipping and I just paid to leave quickly. She gave me a nasty look upon leaving and was totally disrespectful. I truly realize that everyone has a bad day but this was very upsetting and not at called for. Thanks so much.
