Terrible service thought they might get it straight the third time . sent a box from waldorf md took over three weeks to get to plant city Florida. Mail envelop from lady lake florida another three weeks was sent back to me with it being opened and nothing it . the last thing I sent the wife's prescription to Rochester it took so far over a week .i will go with ups or FedEx .will never use the postal system again every year they get worse

Great people fast delivery what else can you say thank you United States Postal Service...

I’m very disgusted with USPS. This is the second time I was sent a card first and I didn’t receive it. Now USPS ENVELOPE with tracking number on it, telling I would receive it by 7pm today. Now guess what you are telling me to pick it up. Wrong? I want to hear from Miss Tina, the manager as well as the manager over all of the Birmingham Post Offices first thing Monday morning. If I don’t have it and a phone call, I will assure you I will call Washington DC to find out what is the problem with y’all.

I sent a small package from Orange Beach, AL on Tuesday, 2/21/20 to Hesperia, MI. The receipt says estimated arrival for Friday, January 25th. As of today, Saturday 2/26/20 it still has not arrived. Hopefully by Monday, 2/28/20 it will be there! 6 days to go one thousand miles FIRST CLASS.... I think Pony Express would have gotten there faster. Totally unacceptable in this day and age!!!!

The mail service for a town of only 1200 residents is terrible, and that's the clean version. Why on earth does it take until 7pm to get mail delivery? Paid to make sure package would be here today and surprise, surprise. No package
