I sent a small package from Orange Beach, AL on Tuesday, 2/21/20 to Hesperia, MI. The receipt says estimated arrival for Friday, January 25th. As of today, Saturday 2/26/20 it still has not arrived. Hopefully by Monday, 2/28/20 it will be there! 6 days to go one thousand miles FIRST CLASS.... I think Pony Express would have gotten there faster. Totally unacceptable in this day and age!!!!

The mail service for a town of only 1200 residents is terrible, and that's the clean version. Why on earth does it take until 7pm to get mail delivery? Paid to make sure package would be here today and surprise, surprise. No package

Always have a great experience at the Sandhills post office on Clemson road. Thank you for being so helpful and patient.

Terrible service. Obviously can't read or keep track of items they are responsible for. Receive notification that my package was delivered. Upon picking up the mail I discover there is a package, but it's not mine. It's my neighbors a block or so away. So the million dollar question is where is my package? The only thing consistent with USPS service is their ability to misdeliver the mail. Looks like I lost this round of the USPS mail lottery.

The only reason I am giving one star is because there is no option for zero stars. On January 7, 2020, I mailed a package from Greensboro, NC to Macomb, IL. It was a bottle of Italian beans weighing 32 oz. and costing $12.38 to mail which is outrageous to begin with. The package was a cardboard box in which the bottle was packed with bubble wrap and fragile was stamped all over it. It was suppose to arrive in Macomb by January 13th and didn't arrive until January 18th. The condition was exptremely damaged with the box smashed and wet, the bottle broken with the contents all over the place amidst the glass. This is totally unacceptable and the post office will not even stand behind the situation. A year or two ago, I mailed a box to the same destination-the box had been opened with the Pomangranite juice, chocolates and cheeses taken, leaving nothing but a box of crackers. This is how it was delivered indicating that postal workers are breaking into the boxes. I would like to attach the photos of this situation, but there is no way to do so.
