Unfortunately I can’t rate your service as ZERO because that is what your service deserves. I was supposed to have had a package delivered 5/25/19 by 12 called at 3 with tracking # as was told they couldn’t find package.Every package on truck was delivered except mine and nothing could be done unti Tuesday 5/28 to see if it gets re-scanned. This was a part needed for a insulin pump that wasn’t working so it was a medical issue. Your supposedly fine company drop the ball and no one wants to accept responsibility for your SCREW-UP ( I could think of a better word for it ). I was told that I needed to contact the shipper to see what they could do to fix UPS SCREW UP,what a piss poor way to do service. This is the start if my complaint because it doesn’t stop here.

First the tracking wasn't working and 3hrs later. But it doesn't show where my package is, and the sight said it'll be driver by 5 and it's 5:30 and still no package.... Need to do better than this I'm sorry but I'm not a happy customer at this point....

My driver is a pretty nice guy but my stuff is always beat up and the package or envelope looks like it’s months old and in some cases was sent out the previous day...really?

I have always had great experiences with UPS. my drivers are respectful and cordial and have even went above and beyond the call of duty to get my packages to me.
