First the tracking wasn't working and 3hrs later. But it doesn't show where my package is, and the sight said it'll be driver by 5 and it's 5:30 and still no package.... Need to do better than this I'm sorry but I'm not a happy customer at this point....

My driver is a pretty nice guy but my stuff is always beat up and the package or envelope looks like it’s months old and in some cases was sent out the previous day...really?

I have always had great experiences with UPS. my drivers are respectful and cordial and have even went above and beyond the call of duty to get my packages to me.

Service is poor is pathetic I have not received my package for my medicine I was sick person and have not received my package on time and I am throwing a complaint there's nothing to rate

Well, i havent gotten my package yet, like today.
